Ask it of your last three roles, or your last three assignments if your record is shorter. Two are enough to start seeing a pattern.

Put the pairs above next to each other. Name the kind of problem, not the industry or the title. "I've spent my career..." or "The work I keep getting handed is..."

Question 3

Say it in five or six words.

One that compresses your record, one that compresses your reach. Said the way you would actually say them.
